wholeheartedly making a difference to children

So glad that you are here! You are receiving this via private link; as it is shared amongst kith, kin and kindered spirits whilst the work continues both behind the scenes to launch this hub of evolutionary possibilities.

This platform is in the making with the benefit of 18 year journey of inquiry and action research and learning (and unlearning!), and an odyssey of exploring and experimenting, innovating and inventing in communities, with children, families, schools, alternative learning groups, colleges, businesses & enterprises, councils, charities and community ventures; in localising humanitarian preparedness & response, community development and regeneration.

It comes together now; when it is seemingly more clear than ever that the future of our children - really is one of our making; and very much in our hands.

Most have heard of this proverb... most recognise the practical and philosophical truth in it.

'Raising' a child is exactly what we are here to do; each of us as creators and makers of the worlds in which they live; can there be any more of an important endeavour than this?

With children as they are now; that is - a more evolved generation of beings; what do they need from their village? - both their metaphoric village of people and their physical environments; all in the recognition that we are all shaped by our environment.

Here is a space of meeting growing concerns about the world that today's children are growing up in; coupled with insight and inspiration about what is evolutionary, exemplary and extraordinary; what is possible by way of environments and eco-systems for children.

The space is online and real-time; the emphasis being on the latter. It's great to keep it local; and technology can be useful to a point.

And these spaces of meeting are with children, parents, elders, kith and kin, professionals and community members - all working in sync to 'raise' children through the intentional creation of an evolutionary eco-system.

Recognising and revering 'making' as an evolutionary process; as humans we inherently makers of our environments.

Creativity can be 'knocked out' through the systemtic culture and conditioning - and our current and future counts on our being creative, resourceful, inventive and innovative; our survival depends on it.

Each word, each action, everything is a process of making.

A Children's Village is a place where we are wholehearted in making a huge difference to children - and to our future generations; to communities, to the earth; and thereby, to each other; to lovingly disrupt the status quo and create a world around our children that is truly for their best.

Creating a world where they are free and empowered to express their unique expression of their natural genius - just as nature's intelligent design intends!

For their lives to be healthy, nourishing and fullfilling; for them to be free to be all that they have come here to be; for them to be safe in our care; as delicate seeds and saplings that need our care-full tending for them to root and branch out, blossom or bloom; or fly high.

And for them to be best protected from and least corrupted by a world that is experiencing dischord, disharmony and distortions that so many adults spend years and much investment recovering from.

Creating a world where they are free and empowered to express their unique expression of their natural genius - just as nature's intelligent design intends!

And knowing that by making a living promise to make a difference to children in this way; we each as adults evolve in extraordinary and exquisite ways too.

As we each step further fully into our eldership; we also experience more of who we are.

And we all evolve together.

This quest to make a platform for the higher evolution of children - has opened up an almighty flow of creativity and innovating - games, kits, cards, places and spaces, experiences - there is much now in the process of beckoning to be published, produced and built!

There are many ways to make a contribution - whilst funding applications are underway to make this all possible; money and resources are very useful for sustaining the work.
