In essence, there is a deep movement to offer this work as a gift; as is the way of nature; people enjoy giving money so that this work can continue. Money is needed for creations and to enable them to reach you; online and physically in your local communtity.

This is a deeply beautiful time heralding a new dawn for humanity and earth; and there is intensity and challenge that comes with traversing an evolutionary epoch; navigating multiple simulatenous processes of change and transitions,shifting paradigms and perceptions, dissolving anchor points and disappearing horizons; changing maps of the world that have us moving through an emergent process of change carried by a deeper current of source.
This is an expedition through to the other side of this evolutionary epoch, a journey of change, a voyage of exploring and experimenting, discovering new dimensions of reality and an adventure of boundless creativity in all realms from the mundane and the multidimensional, the miraculous and the magical.
This for me, is a journey of creativity; literally making my way through these times; engaging in inquiry and insight, exploration and experimentation, innovating and inventing; letting go of anchors and paradigms; courageously moving into the uknown, connected to the ever-creating life-pulse that has me moved to make and inspired to innovate; making mistakes and seeing the genius in them; being willing to trust the process; whilst tending strength, resilience and resources needed to continue.

An odyssey
In 2006, my departure from my career, compelled to by an awakening to use and evolve my change management profession to create positive change and wellbeing, propelled by my delight at the possibility of a platform for higher learning about change and evolution beyond the possibilities beyond our usual paradigms, catalysed my journey into the deeper, wider dimensions of reality, evolution, change and creativity; working with individuals and teams in communities, charities, social enterprises, wellbeing enterprises, change-makers, with placemakers, councils, businesses, leaders and in schools and education in many parts of the world, exploring and experimenting with the fusing and weaving of arts, crafts and design, evolutionary human development and change approaches to find ways to create positive social change and co-create a brighter future; one that is led by love and guided by nature.
That brings me to now. The journey continues - and this part, this time, is what is was all preparation for.

Ushered into studying business as a young, fledgling artist, enterprise became my place to channel my innate creativity, empathy, visual and design thinking, craft and fascination with people, social history, place, nature, communication and connection; the world of business always felt strange to me, yet difficult to articulate; until now, when it all makes sense, as we see what is ansd has been unfolding around the world.
In recent years, my active inquiry into conscious business has become my path of awakening; and continues to be. Integrating this with art, nature, connection to source, and purifying programmes and conditioning, has brought me to this place, of inspired enterprise; an integrated, multi-dimensional and inter-disciplinary approach to creating change in the world through grounded, practical, best practice business practice with heart, connection and deep commitment to living and expressing values with integrity.
My dharma is to catalyse movement forward towards the new earth, through enterprise, innovation, learning and communication; ultimately in service of the children of today and the future; the ones who count on the choice and decisions - and the worlds we make today.

About
My work is to catalyse movement forward in the process of extraordinary evolution; through this, the turning of the ages.
My reason for being here is ultimately to care for children through these times. My work with adults and children; in business, community and in private; is all, ultimately contributing to the world in which children are growing up in; each interaction, experience, encounter - shaping them and their realities, perspectives and ways of behaving.
The future for our children is now in our hands. It is our choices, actions and inactions, that determine how this goes; what future do we want for our children and future generations?
It is our collective responsibility now, to tend to changes and transitions in the worlds where we belong.

My work is often in the background, often invisible in the wider world of media, platforms and public appearances. It's good for me to have it this way; and works especially well with people who appreciate that 'work' comes in many forms and takes place in quiet, silent and invisible spaces and behind the scenes.
Making my way through this time of change and transition, across this threshold between worlds; using my strengths and skills to assist in this emergent process of making a brighter future.
My work since 2008 has been to 'create wellbeing and positive change'; as an artist, designer, wordsmith and facilitator and curator, earthkeeper and confidant; working in community, enterprise, schools, colleges, universities, charities, social enterprises, with conscious entrepreneurs, wellbeing practitioners and earthkeesrs; and more broadly with people who intentionally work as changemakers and cultural creatives;research teams, regeneration,, business and community partnerships, in the humanitarian, community development and disaster preparedness and response teams; at community events, team a

Flow not force. No goals or defined outcomes; no roadmap or path; more of an active, living inquiry, a movement through time and space; seeing, listening, sensing; and bringing energy and creativity to that which beckons to be brought into form, as my contribution to our collective work of creating new realities guided by source, by pure life force seeking it's highest level of natural evolution.
The journey to now
A natural artist placed into business school at 19; communicating, working, innovating, leading, facilitating in
the ways that came natural to me; whilst contravening with mainstream business practices and often, ethics.
An active inquiry since 2004, led to a final departure from commercial change management in 2007; and dedication to a path in 2008; to 'explore how best to use change management to create more wellbeing and positive change'; a journey that led me to work with communities, charities, social enterprises, wellbeing practitioners, change-makers, CSR, placemakers, councils, partnerships. businesses, leaders and in schools and education.
Cycles of burnout through these years catalysed detoxification and a deep inquiry into the underlying cause; and a gradual recognition that my body was signalling dis-ease with my environments; catalysing a letting go, a consolidation and a departure from professional practices, paradigms; a breakaway from overt and covert agenda-driven change that is top-down and serving profit and power over people and planet; a costly decision financially for a time; yet has opened up an entirely new flow of vital life-force, a restoration of my personal integrity and a deeper strengthening, stronger energy and steadfast anchoring in what is truly serving wellbeing of the whole.
